Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Long Neck

We enjoyed dining from the new cafe menu for dinner. Our honey squash soup was wonderful and we both enjoyed our entrees, I had the skirt steak and my husband had the fresh pasta! We finished our lovely dinner with chocolate dessert which was very good. Thank you for offering this excellent value during the month of January.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at 1776 Steakhouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our waiter, Paul, was nothing short of amazing. His service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made excellent recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and ensured our evening was flawless. Paul’s professionalism and genuine care deserve a solid 10/10! The food was equally spectacular. Every dish was cooked to perfection, from the appetizers to the perfectly seared steaks. My husband and I couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was—we were truly impressed by the quality and presentation. If you’re looking for a place with incredible food and top-tier service, 1776 Steakhouse is the perfect choice. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything was fine and the manager Marley was outstanding she knew all the answers to all my questions. Very helpful beautiful setting good food and great service. Will be back.

This was our first time at Shorebreak Lodge, but it definitely won’t be our last. What a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is lovely, with nicely spaced tables, very comfortable modern chairs, and a gorgeous bar area. Our waiter was attentive, the food was delicious from starters to dessert … and the cocktails were out of this world. You must try their “Smooth Under Pressure” old fashioned - it’s the best I’ve ever tasted! We also had a visit at our table from the owners, Ben and Diane, who were both so personable and accommodating. HIGHLY recommend Shorebreak Lodge for anyone who wants to sit at the bar and enjoy some light bites with a hand crafted cocktail, or for those folks who are looking to order a fabulous meal in a comfortable, beautifully decorated dining room. Shorebreak Lodge is a GEM!!

Always a five star dining experience at Heirloom!! Our favorite restaurant in Lewes for special occasions when family is in town. One of our own is an Executive Chef, and the other two who live in NYC are “foodies” and they always really enjoy our dinners at Heirloom!
