While it wasn’t quite to our taste, Jordan stepped in with the perfect solution, recommending another starter that we thoroughly enjoyed. Her ability to adapt and make thoughtful suggestions truly set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. For the main course, I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection with a beautifully crispy skin and a delicate, flavorful glaze. My wife opted for the filet mignon, which was tender, juicy, and seared to absolute perfection. Both dishes were beautifully plated and paired with sides that elevated each bite. Dessert was the perfect ending to a remarkable meal. I chose the apple blueberry crumble, a warm and comforting dessert with just the right balance of tart and sweet, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream. My wife went with the cheesecake, which was rich, silky, and paired with a delightful fruit compote that added a burst of freshness.
