Loved the Elk and the Lamb Chops too. And the apple desert was a masterpiece.More infoGeronimoPrice: Very Expensive• Fusion / Eclectic• Santa Fe•4.9

Smooth, perfect temp and the garnish took it to the next level. Duck was perfectly prepared. Our serve was attentive with out being intrusive. - MMichaelWashington, D.C. Area •12 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024We chose to dine at Blade's Bistro with our daughters who were visiting from out of state, even though it had been a while since my wife and I had patronized the establishment. We were met by a very friendly young lady who promptly seated us at a table set for three instead of four as reserved via Open Table. She quickly remedied the issue. Our waiter, Nick, introduced himself and set us off on a dining experience we will not soon forget. He displayed great humor, had good banter with the table and was so knowledgeable of the menu items and specials for the evening. He even talked us through the NM liquor options available for drinks. From the appetizers to the main courses ordered through the deserts, everything was excellent! I highly recommend Blade's for a wonderful night out.More infoBlades' BistroPrice: Moderate• International• Placitas•4.8
