This was one of our favorite dining experiences here in Mexico City. We loved everything about Beluga from the service, staff, aesthetic and backstory of the restaurant. It was amazing and Mach, our server was an absolute Gem. So knowledgeable and really made us feel special, like we were the only people in the place. He has a gift, we absolutely loved it here. Absolutely incredible. Words cannot even begin to describe the deliciousness of the food, the care of our server Diego and the beauty of the restaurant.
