Best Restaurants for Spicy Food in Pacific Grove

Wonderful service, beautiful ambience, great service, great food, great drinks. I can go on and on but it was a pleasure to be here. I'll definitely be back!

We come regularly to enjoy our 5* experiences. This time I would say six stars ... as I studied the menu before. My favorite choices (yours maybe a different choice) were beyond expectation, outstanding. Did I say we'll come back? Okay you want to know something not so positive: Teleferic Los Gatos should consider the lightning one space is dark compared to the other. By the way the service is great: thank you Sheila S.

I’ve been to this location twice now, first with my husband and this time with a group of friends. I had a nice experience with both visits. Everything my groups ordered both times was delicious. The first time I had a very attentive waitress, we went during lunch time and it wasn’t too busy, she made recommendations and checked in often. The second time we had a pretty new waiter, he didn’t know that there was happy hour when we arrived and the discount ended up not being added to our bill, he also didn’t check in often and we ended up having someone else (maybe the bartender) helping us more. Overall both experiences were nice and I will be back. One thing for diners to be aware of is that the seats are all bench style without a back, they may have seats with backs they can bring out but if anyone needs the extra support this might not be a great dining experience for them.

Great food, cute location, friendly server! Also had live music- a bonus since it was unplanned-for. Since we had a group of 4, we went for the "small" island basket, which was 3 entrees and 2 appetizers on a giant woven basket / platter. Very special experience (and SO much food :-) Only downside was that we'd originally made lunch reservations but the restaurant was clearly not open when we showed up (on time for the reservation itself; half an hour after the restaurant's opening time for the day). Ended up going in for dinner instead (hence the "unplanned" part of the live music). Would highly recommend, aside from the owner's opening-up glitch.
