Best Sunday Lunch Restaurants in San Mateo

Pasta Moon never disappoints. I can always count on a relaxed meal with excellent service and superb menu options. The local fresh seasonal food is always a delight. The staff seems to know when to approach the table, so our conversation is not interrupted.

Service was impeccable and the food was tasty. Only ding is that the reservation process is problematic when having to make any changes.

Great food as always from the Delfina team, excellent meatballs, salads and pizza. A bit loud and not quite the same charm as the places in SF but the service and the food is comparable to the city.

Wonderful! Had the sea bass— which was a whole small fish with lovely potato’s, asparagus and sauces. Had linguini with seafood. Full of juicy fat prawns, shrimp, scallops, mussels. The sauce was exquisite? Wine flights, yummy bread with dipping oil, salad so delicate, cheesecake for desert. I am in heaven here! Great staff!

Service is fantastic. Food and ambiance great. Can’t find a better restaurant
