The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. This is our second time to eat there in a month. We eat there early and It is so quiet. The food is so good and the proportions are perfect to have just enough to eat and take just enough home. We had 20 month old twins there tonight and they were very accommodating. Only six other customers there at 5:30 so they got to walk around a bit While the adults are eating. They only need to install a changing table and it will be perfect.

Five of us celebrated Boxing Day at Posana and had a wonderful meal. Two members of our group are gluten intolerant and Posana provides a safe environment for them to eat without having to review every ingredient. It is also exemplary to have every option available to them without having to take a salad or the only protein based option. Kudos to the team for making us feel so welcome and a special thankyou to Teline (spelling?) for tolerating our English traditions.
