Tolles Business Lunch, schöner Blick und guter Service!

I understand why you have time slots. We were booked 19-21. It felt like time flew by and suddenly we were brought the bill. We wanted to order dessert but didn’t have the chance. I love this place food is great as well as the atmosphere and the location. I was super disappointed yesterday that we had the feeling to be hustled out. My suggestion would be to let your guests know- 30 minutes before the time is up so they have the chance to order a drink or dessert. Makes a smoother experience. Will still keep coming back!

By any standards this is an outstanding restaurant in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The service was perfection, the food plentiful and utterly delicious, the ambience very calm and attractive and the price is remarkable for the quality. We had a genius pumpkin soup, completely delicious and warming on a cold wet night. Salmon cubes and pumpkin cubes were lifted by incredible tiny garlic cream balls. The whole thing changed and grew as you ate it and the warmth permeated the other ingredients. We were greeted by a sensational gift from the chef, a single spoon bursting with flavour and quality. Main course I had the beef cheeks which defeated me as the portion was huge, but it was delicious and the potatoes fascinating and slightly tangy. My husband had the local Bodensee trout which was deboned in front of us very elegantly. The house Weisbergunder was delicious and very reasonably priced. All in all another fabulous experience here and we are so grateful for such quality on our doorstep.
