Good food, nice place Only critique was that plates were cold Attentive staff

Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly throughout! Food was amazing, drinks were served quickly and were delicious as well :) We had a tacos plate each (2 tacos), and shared a nachos and a quesadilla plate (1 quesadilla each) and this was just the right amount of food! We also had puddings which were lovely, cannot recommend the tequila sorbet enough (was raspberry flavour the day we went!)

Booked a lunch for a birthday celebration and had such a great time from start to finish. Food was absolutely delicious. Had lots of sharing plates from melt-in-your-mouth sashimi to the best gyozas we've ever had. Everything was spot on, and we were so looked after by the lovely staff. Cocktails great too - highly recommend the Robun Sour!

Booked a brunch grazing board for 7 people on a hen do the morning after!! The staff were lovely, smiley and attentive. The food was yummy, beautifully presented and such good value. We even got some boxes to take home some of the bits we didn’t manage to finish. A wonderful end to a fun weekend in Bath. Thank you 😊

I’ve eaten at Root Spice about 8 times now and it is unfailingly reliable with so much choice and seriously delicious food and generous portions. The staff are absolutely charming and service is very willing albeit could do with just a little polishing to be 10/10 but they more than make up for that with their warm welcome and best efforts. So good, in fact, that I’m going back there tonight!
