Best Vegan Restaurants in Blue Island

We ordered only vegetarian/pescatarian dishes from the small plates and sides. All were very good, although the tzatziki was curiously lacking in garlic and the muhammara might have had a bit more heat. Our server, Jorge, was outstandingly attentive. The wine list could do with a few more moderately priced selections, especially in the reds. Given the overall noise level, eliminating music would be a mercy. But we recognize that a youthful crowd loves noise. Overall I would give a 4.7.

Everything was lovely. The portions were rather small (even the big plates) but that allowed us to order more dishes and try more things. The risotto was perfect!

The bass was excellent, and the Kofta was tasty. However, the humus was a disappointment—not better than what one can buy in a grocery store. The cauliflower/broccoli dish was a good surprise. Overall, the food was good, but not surprising. The place was full (on a Friday night) -- crowded and noisy. Service was slow.

Food and drinks were excellent and the waitress was very attentive and friendly!
