Best Vegan Restaurants in Danbury

My friends & I visited last night. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the beef from the Christmas menu & it was the best piece of beef I have had for a long time. I would say it was cooked to perfection. The staff as always where very friendly & service was excellent. We always look forward to coming to this restaurant.

In a year of enjoying some great meals, Silo has consistently delivered some of the very best. Every time we’ve visited, the experience has been flawless. Course after course of innovative, flavoursome, beautiful food. Tonight’s was the best yet. This places excites me. The evolution we’ve seen is amazing. New twists on existing dishes take each to an even higher level. And their value-driven, ‘no waste’ ethos is outstanding. Our favourite restaurant this year. So looking forward to many more meals in 2025.

Very good service at Bills today all staff members were polite and considerate l came here for a meet up with 2 friends before Christmas all servers were very polite and we were asked if our food was okay food was presented well overall a nice place to come service was also very good also we weren't rushed

We were originally put on a table that wasn’t in the main area of the pub. We asked if we could be moved to the main area of the pub which they were able to do really quickly. We were so pleased that we asked as the ambiance was lovely. All the staff were attentive and the food was delicious and plentiful. We had the Christmas festive menu. We have eaten here a couple of times previous to this and are never disappointed. Thank you again.

We were a bit surprised by the level of music when we entered, and as most people seemed to be drinking rather than eating (was getting late!) However the food was very good and we left very happy.
