Best Vegan Restaurants in Farmington Hills

Dean was a great server. He’s very knowledgeable and recommended great food options. We had the steak tartare, calamari and oysters for our appetizers! They didn’t disappoint whatsoever! Delicious!!! We also indulged in a few salad and for dinner we shared a ton of food. The pastas, steak, salmon and of course the burger!!! Everything was delicious and packed with lots of flavors!!! We also had dessert. The Cinnabon and the espresso cake topped with vanilla ice cream!! Food heaven!!! The managers were great and super kids ladies. We had a wonderful time dining at Vive!! Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for everything!!

My college roommate form early 80's and I started reviewing restaurants in the Metro Detroit Area 4 years ago. We have hit 80% of all the top restaurants (over 120) and we both consider Café' Cortina in our top 2-3 restaurants. I am not sure that I would take children under 14 there, only because of the complexity of the menu/food, and it seems like most of the servers have strong accents that are not always easy to understand. With that said I love going there about every 4-5 weeks and trying something different each time. Last night I had lamb chops. They may have been the best I have ever had. I savored every bite. I have had lamb chops at many nice restaurants. There pasta's are all made in house and are always exciting to try a different one. Make sure you save room for desert, as their pastry chef makes some very unique and tasty treats. This is probably one of the least known restaurants in Metro Detroit, a hidden gem for sure.

I love everything about The soul cafe and The Friendship Circle!

You really don't need a reservation for this place. It has walk-in seating. The service was great despite there only being the 1 waiter and 1 bartender, so things moved a little slower than a normal restaurant. Food was delicious, we'll definitely go back.
