Girardi’s Osteria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant. It opened in 1999 and has been an Edmonds landmark ever since. Girardi's is cozy yet elegant, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The food is wonderful and represents many different flavors of Italy as well as some fusion creations.     We had a wonderful experience last night having dinner at Fire & The Feast to celebrate my husband's birthday! The maitre d' was fantastic and gracious, not just with us but with every guest he sat and spoke to—he was genuinely appreciative of their coming in. He sat us at a great table, knowing it was a birthday celebration. Dinner was so delicious and hot when it arrived at our table - the food - not the plate - which is always impressive. Our reservation was at 5PM, and by 6PM, it was bustling for a Monday night, so the noise level changed dramatically by the time we left at 6:30PM. We will be back. Our thanks to the entire team!

    The food was excellent. The flavor combinations of each course were well thought out and I love how they source food locally. Service was fabulous as well. We went for our anniversary and it was truly a special evening.

    Amazing food! Excellent cocktails. For this being Schubert’s first restaurant this restaurant most definitely does not disappoint nor does any of his other restaurants. What an amazing experience will definitely be back.
