Best Vegan Restaurants in Lincoln

Food is excellent. Many choices. Atmosphere, service and employees are amazing. A great place to celebrate special occasions or just have a quiet dinner. Deserrts r yummy!

Great meal. We ordered two types of hot tea, hot rock beef, fried calamari, Brussels sprouts, 5 different sushi rolls, and fried ice cream. Everything was great. The waitress was amazing. She left us alone to chat and then would magically appear as soon as we needed something. She refilled both of our tea pots like 4 times. It was 15° outside so it tasted good to drink something hot. Some calamari can be really chewy, but this one was really tender and delicious. The rainbow roll, iguana, and crunchy red rolls were our favorites.

Great staff. Katie was our server. She has a great voice and is so griendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable of not only the scream but Lincoln. The intermittent singing was verry entertaining and some thing completely diffent. Dinner and a show all for one very reasonable price. There were so many options to choose from. We will stop in again if we ever find ourselves in Lincoln, Nebraska

Rojas has a great menu! I enjoyed my dinner, the crispy tacos with shredded chicken is one of my favorites dishes. The frozen lime margaritas are good too!
