Our first Christmas Lunch of the season, and as always the Red Lion chefs worked their magic and provided us with an outstanding Christmas Lunch, which we highly recommend. Ashley and Harry served us well at the table.

Lovely meal. Not been for a few years for no particular reason, but glad we went back. Shame it wasn’t busier, but the whole of town was quiet.

A first visit and enjoyed the whole experience. A friendly welcome and coats quickly dealt with, taken to a relaxing bar area upstairs. When we sat at our table, service, food and wine were excellent. Atmosphere and temperature (on a cold evening outside) were perfect. It’s an expensive night especially if drinking a lot - we will return.

Celebrating a birthday today with 2 friends at Bills at Rushden Lakes. The food was great, service was excellent and although the restaurant was busy, we weren’t kept waiting. Couldn’t fault a thing. Then 2 staff came with the desserts and sang happy birthday, such a lovely touch! Very impressed and one of our party is coeliac and the staff were very attentive to her dietary needs. Really good experience!

Paris House is wonderful. From the moment you drive into the deer park to the moment you leave, it is simply a treat. The menu is always different, the tastes and flavours are fascinating and inventive. Service is friendly but unobtrusive. We have been coming to Paris house several times every year for birthdays and special occasions for quite a few years now and hope to go on doing so.
