Best Vegan Restaurants in Palm Desert

This was our first time at this restaurant as we were visiting from Minnesota. We had an excellent experience at Wildest - from booking on line (a glitch with the on line booking - I booked a specific time, and was contacted by Michael at the restaurant that the time I chose was a actually booked already and offered an earlier time which we confirmed worked for us) to our wonderful server Paige, and the excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers of grilled artichoke and ricotta stuffed squash blossoms, along with our main entrees of grass fed lamb chops and seared duck breast, both were perfectly cooked with very tasty accompaniments and sauces! The Calirosa hibiscus margarita was probably the best margarita I’ve ever had! Our server Paige, was delightful! She was very attentive and took great care of us, as well as other guests around us. The additional staff/servers were also very pleasant 😊 We will definitely visit the Wildest again on our next visit to Palm Desert!

I’ve been coming to Vickie’s for years. It’s been about 8 years since I last made a visit. Valentines Day 2025 was my second visit in the last month. We will be back again on March first for another Bday celebration. I can’t think of a better place to dine in the desert. Our hostess Mercedes was amazing! She had great recommendations and was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to our next visit in a few weeks.

Excellent food! Not your typical Hispanic food. Loved the deep fried avocados, beet salad, and the shrimp enchiladas. Our server was excellent, split everything between the two of us without an extra charge. Nice time of the evening to go at 8 PM when it’s quiet.

Enjoyed happy hour eats and margarita drinks! Good portion sizes and food served hot. Service was great.
