Best Vegan Restaurants in Schaumburg

We lunched at Coopers Hawk restaurant the day after Christmas. It was not crowded, which was a nice bonus. My friend ordered the flatbread, which she liked. I ordered the butternut squash gnocchi with mushrooms which was divine! A light yet creamy cream sauce with butternut squash. I brought home leftovers and can't wait to eat them. Our server was very nice and attentive (unfortunately, I didn't write down her name). The only disappointment was that they took down all of the holiday decorations. Usually places keep up the festive decorations until after New Years. It looked pretty bare for the day after Christmas.

It was Christmas Eve and very busy when we arrived. We were greeted by your helpful and welcoming staff. We had an open table reservation but opted to sit at the bar. Both bartenders/servers were extremely pleasant and efficient. My shrimp dish was delicious and my husband’s meatloaf entree was outstanding. He truly enjoyed the smokey flavor. Although I’ve been there several times for lunch, I never experienced dinner. We will be back.! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service and restaurant overall was great! We ordered from the prefixed menu which was an awesome deal. I ordered the filet mignon and had to send it back 2x due to being over cooked both times. For this to be a steak house, there is no way this should happen twice. Although they gave a slight discount for the errors, I still had to pay for the other items on the prefixed menu. Other than the steak, everything else was phenomenal.

we popped in for lunch on Monday. We both ordered the mushroom bisque soup, which was very good. One of us had the lentil pasta dish, and the other had the crab cake sandwich-both were delicious. finished off with the raspberry cannoli dessert, which was scrumptious .  for our drinks we had wine and coffee, and our server was fantastic; Very accommodating.  we hope to be back soon!
