Best Vegan Restaurants in Washington

Every person who took care of us from the Maitre De to our waiter Manuel , our bar staff Grace and the cheese and bread waiter were fantastic and friendly, even to a table of senior citizens. This was my first experience at Cafe Cortina and it won’t be my last. I selected the restaurant to try something different and not have to drive very far. But now I know that I will return for hopefully many more special occasions ( this was my wife’s birthday).

This is our second time back and it was a fantastic experience both times. Ashley provided top notch service with an infectious happy personality that is absolutely refreshing. The food was phenomenal and the incredible chef Lindsey came out to make sure everyone was enjoying their meals (very impressive!). Great ambience, food and relaxing evening. We will definitely be back. Thank you Bar Verona!

Very festive atmosphere for the holidays. Excellent food and exceptional service. Our server, Jimmy was outstanding. Definitely will be back and requesting his section. If you are looking for a fun place to gather with friends, this is the place to go!

We had a wonderful dinner at Selden Standard. Ahsley our waitress was very attentive as were the servers who brought out each dish. Explaining what each one was and confirming that there was none of the allergy items I had mention. The food was delicious and I loved the small plates so that we could try everything. Will definitley be back.

We had fabulous service by Jim(?). There were 4 of us 2 got the shank (fall off the bone delish) 1 had the sea bass (delicious) 1 had shrimp cremois again so delicious Great experience
