The moment we walked in, Joey, the manager/greeter, greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm that we felt right at home. His kindness set the tone for the entire evening. The service throughout the meal was impeccable—our waiters were attentive without being overbearing, ensuring our drinks were always topped off and checking in just the right amount. A special shout-out goes to Oscar, the bartender, who was absolutely phenomenal. He crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while, with perfect balance and creativity. Overall, Ampersea delivered on both food and service, and the personal touches from Joey and the rest of the team made it a memorable night. We found Docks and it was great! By the water and a lot of food choices! Storm was our bartender and server and did amazing!
