Best Waterfront Restaurants in North New Hyde Park

Always an incredible experience when we go there with our midshipmen from the US Merchant Marine Academy. They make us feel at home and always thank our midshipmen for their service. This is so important to us because none of us live in the local area. This past weekend we went to celebrate one of our midshipmen's birthdays and the owner graciously provided our large party free desserts to share. Our meals and drinks are always superb. So grateful to have found this place, it's like a second home for us when we visit. We will be going there for many years to come.

Wonderful atmosphere and service. Food was great but more on the pricey side

We sat outside with a lovely view. Hillary was our waitress and she was attentive, professional and had a wonderful sense of humor! For appetizers we had clams, a Peter’s Salad & a Malibu Salad. For dinner we had stuffed flounder, stuffed shrimp, fried seafood platter & Paella. The food was delicious, plentiful and fairly priced. The manager stopped by a few times. When one of our party commented on the delicious oyster crackers served with the clams, he explained that they were made special for the restaurant. He later returned with a few extra bags for us to take home. We will definitely be back!
