Restaurant Maydanoz serves all kinds of Eastern-Mediterranean foods originating from the Mediterranean part of Turkey (Antalya, Adana, Antakya, Mersin), but also large parts of countries such as Syria, Lebanon, Israel and Greece. We mainly focus on the Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Our restaurant’s name ‘Maydanoz’ is Turkish and simply means ‘Parsley’. Parsley is a much-used herb in our Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. Besides the several main courses that we prepare on our typical charcoal grill, we offer you a wide selection of different ‘mezze’.
