Best Fun Restaurants in South Louisville

Five Stars for Repeal! My recent visit to Repeal was nothing short of extraordinary. As always, the food was delicious, leaving my taste buds singing with joy. The service was top-notch, thanks to the attentive and friendly Ibrahim, who made our dining experience even more enjoyable. From start to finish, Repeal continues to impress with its impeccable standards and warm hospitality. It’s definitely a spot I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary experience.

This experience was very nice. It’s was a whole vibe!!! The aesthetics were definitely a good Christmas Time. The Add on deal was so was the best thing for my date night. The boozy chocolate and smores were GREAT!!! 10/10 The food choices…… 4/10. Maybe a few different options. The turkey sliders were not good at all. Maybe try serving it warm? All in all, the night was great with plenty of picture ops.

We absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was charming, and our waiter, Parker, was not only sweet but also incredibly knowledgeable. We started with Old Fashioneds featuring Habanero Bitters—a creative and delightful twist on a classic cocktail. For appetizers, the Crawfish Bayou Dip was absolutely delicious. The seasonal salad was light, crisp, and the perfect prelude to our entrees. From the Bayou menu, we tried the Jambalaya and the Etouffée, both of which were bursting with flavor and exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccable, and we can’t wait to return the next time we’re in Louisville!

So fun! Our waitress (Shona) told us the story of the beginning of the restaurant. She also gave us great recommendations. We loved all the food and I loved the Margarita Swirl. Was a great time with my husband of 44 years.

Food was great. Service was on point. Atmosphere is excellent. Prices are a little outrageous, have gone up a little too much. Would love to go more often, but if the prices keep going up, I will go to a different restaurant.
