Izakaya Den is Denver’s popular Japanese gastropub, modeled after the lively after hours establishments found throughout Japan. The restaurant is located on South Pearl Street and is the second restaurant of the Kizaki brothers, founders and owners of Sushi Den.     Amazing food and the service is top notch. A bit pricey but you feel like they are working for it. The warm bread they serve with the 1st course is unbelievable - I ordered some to go. All their pasta dishes were excellent. We had the tasting menu, no regrets. I can’t wait to go again.

    What an amazing experience! The pizza was amazing. The rack of lamb was absolutely stunning. Great preparation cooked perfectly. The appetizers were fantastic. Nothing is pedestrian. They take everything and prepare it just a step above. The service was very spot on our waiter Romeo was very attentive and genuinely loved his job and was very good at it. The wine list was carefully put together with great Italian selections that paired fantastically with the menu . Thank goodness this restaurant is not too close to where I live. Otherwise I’d be there at least twice a week!!! 😂🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

    Amazing food, service and ambiance and great recs from our server! We did rainbow, XXX, California, and the veggie California rolls, amazing Tofu entree (most delicious ever and veggies prepared to perfection), salmon and tuna sashimi, with the show stopper of the Big Kahuna roll. Loved the ambiance with families and friends of all ages out and about and a world-class culinary and service team. Can’t wait to come back!
