Best Fun Restaurants in Exton

The Noble Goat in Downingtown is a welcome addition to the local dining options. Service was enthusiastic, attentive and friendly, while the food was beautifully prepared and delicious. On this Saturday evening the bright and attractive restaurant was full of happy customers talking at speed, so conversations were difficult to hear -- a good indication of the initial popularity of this very enjoyable new offering. We'll be delighted to return soon and wish The Noble Goat a long and successful run.

We had a wonderful experience at the White Dog Cafe. We celebrated my fiancée's birthday, and the staff acknowledged the occasion with a nice card. We had dined at the restaurant when it was Vickers Restaurant, so it was nice to see that much of the restaurant had a close resemblance. The food was fantastic, many great choices. I had the salmon and my fiancée had the meatloaf. Both were great. We started with the buffalo chicken dip, which was a nice beginning to our meal. Our server, Lia was fantastic, she was friendly, cheerful and full of positive energy. She was attentive without being over bearing. We will go back again.

The food was fabulous, so although the menu wasn't extensive - it didn't need to be. yum! The selection of bourbon was amazing - I didn't know that many even existed. And the server was very helpful in making a selection for my Old Fashioned. This was our first time here - but it won't be our last.

Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. I was greeted with birthday wishes at the host station even though no one in my group had told them it was my birthday. Patrick was our server and he did everything right. He was very attentive. My husband and I were splitting 2 entrees and the kitchen staff made us 2 separate plates! And Patrick brought me a cup of ice cream with Jimmies and a candle at the end of our meal. Overall, a wonderful experience.

DK is a favorite, especially wonderful for special occasions. The many small dining rooms are lovely, fireplaces cozy, and bar bright and lively. Tonight’s dinner was beautifully presented, the flavors wonderful: scallops with shaved Brussels and bacon jam, filet mignon, beet salad, cappuccino chocolate truffle dessert, and as always pop-overs with lemon curd. Service friendly and professional. Top Notch!
