Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside. Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. Fun, intimate bar. Small plates were tasty and artfully displayed. Cocktails were creative and they had a good wine selection, including Txakoli from Spain. We would be happy to return.

We were seated at our reservation time at a premium table. Our waitress was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and efficient. Salad was unique and very flavorful. Small plate to share at Nichol’s recommendation, of scallops was outstanding. Main courses were again unique, flavorful, and exquisite. Desert was to die for. Best meals we’ve had, ever, in Seattle! Can’t wait to return.

Been here a few times and always order the same items. The fried chicken appetizer and pork belly entree has been stellar each time. My husband gets the coulotte steak each time and complains to me every time that it's not barely warm. For a $40 entree, that's disappointing. Doubt he's game to go to Sophon again. Lovely restaurant and great service though
