- JJustinNew York City •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe Bocuse is one of my favorite restaurants in the NY /CT area. The food , service and ambiance are first rate. And having the students perform most of the services makes for an enjoyable experience. It’s worth the 70 mile drive for me !More infoThe Bocuse Restaurant at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• French• Hyde Park•4.7
- LLisaNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe came for a celebration dinner and the experience was top notch! From the beginning, our server, Matt was excellent in his recommendations, especially for my daughter who must eat gluten free. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the filet mignon to the fish to the pasta. Highly recommend -More infoThe Saddle River InnPrice: Expensive• French• Saddle River•4.9

The staff are culinary students who are genuine and professional throughout the evening. The service is top notch, friendly and timely. The meal was excellent highlighted by the most remarkable Parker House and Chibata rolls baked fresh on site. - JJimNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined on 6 Aug 2024We had a wonderful dinner at Caterina de Medici! The pizza was great - very thin crust and great sauce. My wife's salad was excellent also. The zuppa di pesce was a delight; the fish were all very fresh and tasty and the soup was the perfect compliment. The scallops were outstanding also - just like eating on Cape Cod. Dessert was the tiramisu which was a nice light ending to the meal. The bread and wine were great also; we'll be back for another special dinner soon!More infoCaterina de Medici at The Culinary Institute of AmericaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Hyde Park•4.8
