- SSusanneLondon •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThe food was outstanding. Flammkuchen very crispy, Rinderroulade and Schweinshaxe both very tender, lots of flavour. Kaesspaetzle really authentic. The cake menu was impressive, lots of choice: Apfelstrudel, Sachertorte, Donauwelle, Kaesekuchen, Walnuss-Quitten Baiser Torte , all excellent. My only criticism would be with the Mohnkuchen, which had the wrong base. The filling was very nice but it was on a soft base rather than the traditional crust . Also no Streusel on top. Service was excellent too, very attentive and patient. Again just one slight criticism that one waiter was struggling to understand the names of the dishes (which are printed in German on the menu) when taking the order. Maybe a quick crash course of German pronunciation for all waiters wouldn’t go a miss, similar to the wine menu, which does explain how to pronounce Weinkarte.More infoGerman GymnasiumPrice: Expensive• German• King's Cross•4.2
- JJeannieLondon •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoThe booking experience was very good. All staff were extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We were left in peace to talk even though we had gone over our allotted time. This was much appreciated. The food was served very quickly and was very tasty. As a dining experience it was most enjoyable. Thank you.More infoThe Granary Square BrasseriePrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• King's Cross•4.2

- CChristineLondon •1 review5.0Dined on 21 Sept 2024This was our first visit but now will be our go to restaurant for delicious Indian food. We chose it as we were meeting friends who were traveling through Kings Cross. I didn’t mention when booking that I am disabled and they had placed us downstairs which is difficult for me but a table on the entrance floor quickly became available and we were sat there and they found a place to park my walker. The waiter quickly gave us menus and served us drinks. Lovely choices on the menu and we ordered an assortment of dishes to share. All of the food was excellent. Good size portions too. The waiters were attentive and friendly and quite entertaining. It’s a busy place . Some just pop in for a quick snack and others for full meals like us. I would highly recommend this restaurant..More infoIndian LoungePrice: Moderate• Indian• King's Cross•4
