We offer full service dining, a locally-driven food menu, craft cocktails made exclusively with Fallen Oak spirits, and several Lone Oak draft beers. We have three seating areas that are uniquely different - the Lawn/Patio, Tasting Room, and Montgomery County's only Speakeasy. All online reservations are for our Speakeasy (shhhh, don’t tell anyone!). We also accept walk-ins for the Speakeasy and the other seating areas. We are closed Mondays & Tuesdays. The Lawn/Patio & Tasting room open at 3pm during the week and noon on the weekends. The Speakeasy opens at 4pm during the week and 3pm on the weekends.     Crazy night for them (Valentine's Day), but they handled the packed house very well. Food was as we remembered it from previous visits years ago...delicious. Lobster bisque and potota leek soups were beautifully lighter in body in contrast to what you may have experienced with others of the same type and full of flavor. We had two types of traditional mussels and frites were excellent. Desserts were a terrific finish.

    Even on Valentine's Day, Cava did not disappoint. The staff were very attentive especially the bartenders and the food was on point as usual. Usually on these holidays the quality of the food or service is diminished but I can honestly say that Cava stepped up to the occaision!

    The speakeasy experience was super exciting! The aesthetics of the room was dark and sexy and was perfect for a Valentine's dinner. The food was wonderful, drinks were incredible and the service was phenomenal. I would absolutely return!
