In 2007 they founded Canal House, which includes a publishing venture and a culinary, photography, and design studio. Excellent in every respect! From the moment we walked in and were warmly greeted by the hostess, to every interaction with our server Al, and Miquel, it was perfect. The bartender’s cocktails were fabulous and every dish was simply perfect. Service was the most gracious and well-informed we’ve had in the area in YEARS - top notch. On top of all that, the setting was wonderful- soft lighting but gentle down-lighting at each table, and a great soft playlist that we could just hear and enjoy without it ruining conversation. Fantastic evening in every way!
