Best Healthy Restaurants in Circus Circus Hotel & Casino

I had an absolute amazing time at Esther’s Kitchen. From the ambience to the decor and service, it’s all tip notch. I came in to surprise my now fiancée after proposing to her in her birthday and they congratulated us with a glass of wine of the house. Our server, who I believe is named Alex, was absolutely stellar and did an amazing job explaining the menu and some of there great dishes there. I knew what cocktail I wanted to try and it was a great balance of the bourbon tase but with a subtle sweetness. My fiancée didn’t know what she really wanted and Alex made her a cocktail that was spot on for her palate with a few questions! We ordered the Basil, Burrata, and Anchovy butter to go with the bread and they all were great, highly recommended! I ordered the dry age steak and my fiancée ordered the Risotto and both were wonderful,. The steak had a great crust on the steak with a good depth of flavor. The risotto was super rich and flavorful. I recommend adding the Parmesan on top to make it that much better. I can’t wait to come back in the future to try more of the menu! One of, if not, the best dining experience off strip in Vegas that isn’t crazy on your pockets! Make sure you ask for Alex, she is amazing server and made our special day that much better!

The ambiance, decor, food, and hospitality here is top notch. The high effort toward making vegan food tasty for vegans and non-vegans alike is reflective in the entire dining experience. 100% recommend.

Make sure to reserve beforehand. We came the week of Christmas and made a reservation. We overheard the lady at the front desk say that the wait would be an hour at the time (7pm). There are three sections- front, with a couple tables and the bar, then the wide middle, with a view of the kitchen, and then the back, with a view of the fresh fish. Portions are pretty small but every dish was wonderful. Focaccia is off the menu- we saw other tables order it and we wanted to try it. Focaccia is super hot and fresh and served with whipped ricotta, definitely one of my favorite of the night. Their pesto and ricotta gnocchi- it comes in a ceramic dish so piping hot- and was extremely fresh and good. Their caramel tiramisu was a bit too sweet due to the caramel, but otherwise OK. Fish stew is served in a shallow bowl so it gets cold very quick. Ambiance was really nice, our server seemed a little rushed that day maybe due to a lot of tables but that was alright.

First time eating at Wallys and was pleasantly surprised at the food quality - at least for us. Ordered their Spicy Salami Pizza and Whole Heritage Chicken Dinner and would do so again and again. Their Spicy Salami Pizza is LEGIT. The chicken was also fantastic and the portion size of the Chicken Dinner is enough for 4 people. Cocktails were hit and miss. Traditionals were on point but their creative craftings were just so so Wine inventory is insane and some of the pricing also but felt the food pricing for the quality and quantity was terrific. Probably the best overall experience we had on our holiday trip (Nobu and Peter Lugers included). Service also top notch. Will definitely be back!

Great experience for the NFR viewing party (additional wait staff would go a long ways on busy nights as these)
