Takoi is a true Asian-Infused gem in hidden in Corktown. My husband and I shared the chef’s tasting menu, and each dish was a delightful journey of flavors. The use of unique spices and ingredients had us guessing with every bite! What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Our server, along with the rest of the staff, was genuinely attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients and flavors used in every dish. Their passion for the food and their commitment to enhancing the dining experience was evident in every interaction. As always, the food was great. They no longer have the Ribeye my husband I typically get, so I opted for the Delmonico and my husband the Surf and Turf w/Filet. My Delmonico was absolutely delicious! The zip sauce was the icing on the steak (see what I did there.... lol). I was expecting it on the side, but it was melted on the steak; Delicious!! My husband liked my steak better than his, but still enjoyed his meal. We will be returning.

Terrific service, great ambience in a very cool setting. Love the beautiful renovation. The addition of raw bar items is wonderful.
