We love this restaurant. Service is fantastic with the servers always knowing the menu. This is the first time we had a drink that wasn’t to our liking but they took care of it right away, exchanging it for something else. The food is always good, with surprisingly different tastes which always pair well. If you haven’t gone yet you need too.

While I was expecting the menu to be very interesting and unusual I did not realize what small portions for $100 a person. However I’m keeping in mind that each dish was prepared fresh at the time you order every vegetable was fresh ,you could tell it had just been chopped or sautéed , and the spices were very different from anything you would find here in San Antonio. So I think keeping those things in mind it was an excellent experience.

They were flexible with my reservation as our group was running late from a convention. That was great. My favorite feature they offer is half serving sizes for most of their entrees. This was so nice it allowed my wife and I to try different entrees and share.

Had reservations for 6:45pm day before Valentines. I think they were busier than expected. We arrived early and didn’t sit until 7:25pm. We sat at the bar. The drinks were made well and the bartender was attentive. She brought us to the attention of the manager due to our wait and we were given two glasses of champagne on the house for the wait. Very nice gesture which bumped this from 4 to 5 stars. We eat at Texas de Brazils regularly, so it was nice to see the service at this level. Steaks could have been seasoned more, but all in all everything was great.
