- DDonnaBaltimore / Maryland •2 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI visited for a work related lunch. The restaurant was not crowded, so we had a spot to ourselves. The food was delicious. The service was perfect (attentive, not smothering). Lots of free parking across the street and connected by an elevated walkway. I would do a business lunch here again.More infoCooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Annapolis, MDPrice: Moderate• American• Annapolis•4.4
- JjeffreyVIPNew York City •24 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoI have eaten at this wonderful DC eatery for breakfast before and looked forward to today. Though the restaurant was very busy we were seated fifteen minutes early! Attentive waiter, for sure and plate of biscuits soon emerged. We then had to wait an hour and ten minutes for our brunch. As I was facing the street I could see many many outgoing orders fly out the door during our wait and it was obvious where the kitchen’s efforts went. Quite inexcusable. We had 2:15 hours before our train and we barely made it there in time. Did we eat? Yes; make our train, indeed but it didn’t have to be this way. 1:10 for French Toast and 3 egg dishes doesn’t have to take the time it did. Beware.More infoFounding Farmers DC: Foggy BottomPrice: Moderate• American• Foggy Bottom•4.5
- CCarlieBaltimore / Maryland •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoBrought my boyfriend here to celebrate his 40th birthday. We arrived to an opening celebratory warm drink from the chef before being shown to our table. At the table we found a handwritten happy birthday card and proceeded to have the best dinner either of us has had in awhile. It was amazing. Our waiter, Nickoli ( hope I am spelling it correctly) was phenomenal. We loved our time here and left with full belly’s and happy hearts. Much thanks!More infoThe DabneyPrice: Very Expensive• American• Shaw•4.7
- KKenBaltimore / Maryland •9 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt is nice dining in restaurants, like Knoxie's, that do not cram as many tables as they can into their dining room. My mother is hard-of-hearing and will often decline dinner invitations because she has trouble hearing in environments where there is a lot of background noise. The atmosphere it Knoxie's is classy and well appointed. We sat at a large corner booth that was perfect for close conversation. Our server was attentive and charming. The oysters were local and clean. The shrimp and grits were tasty and complimented with fried okra, andouille sausage, and other pleasant surprises. My mother said her crab cakes were delicious, and my wife enjoyed her filet and shrimp (not to boast, but I cooked a filet mignon later in the week at home that my wife said was even better then Knoxie's, so maybe Knoxie's filet isn't the best in town, because there is no way that I cooked the best filet in town.) On the advice of the server I had the bread pudding for dessert and it was fantastic.More infoKnoxie's Table at The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach ClubPrice: Expensive• American• Stevensville•4.7
- AAaronLas Vegas •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe were sat 40 minutes passed our reservation’s timeframe while coming 10 minutes early. Food was tasty and priced fairly. Service was okay. It took awhile for us to order drinks and food. Other tables were offered more bread while we did not receive the same but would have appreciated it with our kebabs. Would definitely come back hoping for better service next time.More infoZaytinya - DCPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Penn Quarter•4.7
