Great service and great food with lovely ambiance

They made an effort to set the table we requested. Did not happen but close to the area I would like. Very pleased with the expanded HH foods. All of our selections were very flavourful. And generous.

We had the absolute best time at Monkeypod in Wailea. Our food was delicious. We had the iconic Mai Tai’s, lobster deviled eggs, the Saimin, and Bulgogi Pork Tacos. Everything came quickly and was phenomenal. Our server DJ was personable and gave wonderful recommendations. We will definitely stop by again before we head back home!

We tried a variety of foods and everything from the surf to the turf to the sushi bar was all amazing quality and reasonable portions. Even our kids loved the chicken tenders, which were perfectly prepared. Good beer selection and solid cocktails. The service was low-key and knowledgeable, atmosphere was casual and comfortable. Probably only once the trip destination for our budget, but definitely enjoyed everything about it. 

Staycation at Wailea Beach Resort. Excellent friendly service as always by Carlos, with support from Malani. Quality local produce in the tasty Kula greens salad with a crunch of almonds, granola, honey. Beef gyoza were yummy. Loved the surf/turf combo on the Prix Fixe: salmon and short rib. The best mashed potato! Baby vegetables cooked al dente. And of course, classic Roy's hot chocolate souffle with vanilla ice cream (we've been enjoying this dessert for 30 years). A great evening with a great service and kitchen team! Mahalo!
