There were four of us and we were able to share everything. The Wildfire chopped salad was great as always. Steaks were cooked well, salmon was good. Bacon wrapped scallops always one of my husbands favorite. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable of the preparation of every item on the menu on which we had questions. Even with a packed dining room, he kept checking in with us to make sure that all was good and made sure that we had a lovely evening. The food, as usual, was excellent. I didn't even fully sit down with my plate of salad, card not yet turned to green and I already got my favorite cut of meat (lamb picana) brought to the table. The service was on point the whole dinner and they even made some special requests for me (rare/blueish instead of medium for some of the filet mignons), which I really appreciated.
