Absolutely love it!!! Food is so delicious. Service is amazing!!!

If you have not yet been to La Vaca in Nuevo you must go. It has become our go to place for family and friends. the portions are huge and we have not had a single dish we did not think was fab. If you order the filet for three and you all like your steak at different levels on doneness, they will bring a hot stone so you can cook your steak to your temperature. Just order the lowest portion and then cook to your desired temperature, we order rare and then the rest of the party go from there. For the price, which based on the portions is as economical as most restaurants, you should not miss this place. Attention to detail, good service, great food and just all around enjoyable.

Great service by Enrique and Gael. The Rib Eye was well cooked and the chimichuri sauce was a beautiful surprise. Finishing the meal with Mexican coffee was worth it!
