What a remarkable surprise to find such an elegant yet unpretentious restaurant that is not trying to hard while achieving extraordinary flavors and combinations of ingredients. This was our third visit to The Three Tomatos. The first two times were fantastic. Last night was not very good My husband had Chicken Saltinbocca which was delicious. I had Eggplant Parmigiano. Well first of all the presentation was terrible. It looked like the sauce was all pushed forward like the dish was thrown together, the sauce was all piled up on one side, the Eggplant was horribly over cooked, dry and burned, as I was eating the pasta I saw too much water left in the plate, which means it wasn't drained properly. I should have sent it back but I chose not to. I hope this is not a sign of declining service
