Best Historic Restaurants in Aria Hotel & Casino

I have lived in LV for 18 years now and have heard many great things. I decided to make a reservation for an anniversary, and although it took 3 months to get in for this reservation, I have to say, it was worth the wait. The service was excellent, everyone had a welcoming smile, and was very attentive/courteous. We were seated promptly after our on-time arrival, the waiter was very polite and happy to wait on us, among his other waiters who were also there to take care of our drinks, bread. Overall, it was excellent! We got the table side Caesar salad, and this was outstanding. I have never been anywhere that makes the dressing right in front of you. For me, this was outstanding because I hate buying dressings from the store - many of them use cheap ingredients, and this was 100% fresh and really added to the salad. You absolutely must get this when you go IMO. The bread was fresh, and the 14oz. Prime Rib was outstanding - I ate every bite with their horseradish. Absolutely loved it. Definitely go! It's worth it if you love great food, and staff that takes care of you along with dining in an iconic place such as this. I will definitely be going again.

It is my wife's favorite restaurant for dates and special occasions. We had eaten here before but not in the last few years. (it has been here for decades) This restaurant is a hidden gem and popular with the locals. During early January it gets quite busy because the CES convention attendees find it by word of mouth. I suggest reservations no matter what time of year and come in hungry, you get a lot of food. The salad is made tableside and is included with all entrees. There is a palette cleanser sorbet between salad and the main course and the meal ends with dried fruits dipped in chocolate and served with a dipping cream. It is a bargain considering all you get. I usually take a doggie bag as it is too much to eat in one sitting.

We included in our reservation that we’re celebrating our 30th anniversary. Nobody said a word even after I mentioned it. The meatballs were excellent. My prime rib steak was not good. Almost half of my steak was fat. They didn’t apply seasoning to the meat at all. I took a little seasoning off my wife’s food and put it on my steak just to make it edible. We used to come here all the time, but obviously things have changed. Not what we expected.

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Would recommend everything except the blue cheese cheese cake. That was strange haha. But the rest is so good.
