Best Historic Restaurants in Back Bay

I enjoy the lunch lobster roll special. This time however they would not substitute corn for French fries without trying to charge me for the full cost of the vegetable. I think the portion size was smaller than it used to be. Over all the food is good and we have lunch here every time we visit Boston

The manager went out of his way to make our family group of 8 comfortable. He had the loud music turned very low so we could have a conversation. The food was excellent! I had the best steak - 12 oz. prime sirloin perfectly cooked to medium with garlic mashed potatoes and side green salad. Others had wonderful crab cakes and miso glazed bass. At our request we had a table apart from others, but in general the tables are well spaced and the restaurant is spacious.

The food they have is amazing, I do wish they would have more non-alcohol drinks!

A wonderful lunch! I was on a time crunch due to being at a conference at a neighboring hotel and the server was quick to help me settle my bill when it was time for me to go. I highly recommend the "brunch burger" as a yummy and hearty option (esp. on a windy, rainy, cold day).

It was a great table. The food was outstanding and service was excellent with Michael P. Great job and we will return!
