Jack Timmons grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for over three decades. In 2012, he attended BBQ Summer Camp at the Meat Sciences department of Texas A&M, then toured many historic barbecue temples of Central Texas. Carmine’s is one of the best food experiences we have had in awhile! Service was exceptional, the lobster pasta special was a dream, the fillet with gnocchi was lovely. And the bread pudding was amazing. Thank you for a great evening. We will be back!

It was once again excellent. Love the food, love the staff and love the always changing experience. Each member of the waitstaff are incredible and each time we look forward to who we will get to share another wonderful evening. We both had the filets and still do not understand how every time the filets are so tasty and tender. Fernando will not give away the secret but they are fantastic. Next visit we will try someone new on the menu as there is still much to explore. Thanks again to our friends at Rimini we will be back soon.

We reserved an early time for dinner. The host asked if we were there for a special occasion which we were not but nice to know for the future. There were just a few diners so the noise level was low which we like for conversation. Our server was fantastic. He made us feel like we were his only table, and he had a great smile! All five at the table enjoyed their meal and the desserts were yummy.

We went on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious, we liked everything we ordered. Even the frite dipping sauce was amazing. Service was friendly and prompt. We ended up not sitting outside, but if you do, it seemed pretty chilly out there.

We love Jack’s. It’s true Texas barbque that always delivers. We tried the steaks and Cesar and they were delicious. We’ve also taken their smoking classes and they are well worth the time!
