Best Historic Restaurants in Downtown

Had a great time. Came to dine with my friend before our concert. It was my friend’s first time and he really enjoyed Perry’s. The food was outstanding. The A5 wagyu never disappoints. Our server Kyle was awesome, attentive and knew the menu very well and provided recommendations. Looking forward to next time.

Really great spot—finally a place where you can actually sit down and have a conversation without shouting over loud music. They’ve got a DJ spinning vinyl, which is a nice touch, but it’s not overpowering at all. The lounge setup is perfect if you want a bit of privacy or just a chill vibe to talk. Service was on point—Rachel was amazing. And the best part? The cocktails were top-notch. The Buzzworth and Pornstar punch are definitely worth trying!

Super bar with amazing drink menu. Check out the specials as well as the "era" drinks. Kind of on the pricy side but a must try. Will certainly be back!

We had not been back to Red Ash since before the Pandemic. Shame on us! Now we certainly will make a new reservation as soon as possible, which will probably be a few months from now. Red Ash is so popular that it is that difficult to get a table. But the wait is certainly worth it. This evening we tried the Octopus a la Plancha at our server, Emma's suggestion. Octopus for our first time. It was wonderfully delicious and tender. For dinner we split Frutti di Mare, a wonderful selection of seafood laid on a bed of the best black and white sphagettini. Cooked perfectly! Emma was the perfect hostess and we were able to reconnect with Brand Favata, our favorite server from six years ago. It seems that very few few employees leave Red Ash. It is such a wonderful restaurant!! We'll be back very soon.
