Best Historic Restaurants in Easton

The fact that we were major league early, Audrey sat us with a smile on her face. We apologized, feeling guilt ridden and saying we could come back at our regular seating time but she sat us anyway. We hoped that it had not screwed up the seating. Theo’s is our fav and THIS is only one reason why. Friendly, professional and ACCOMMODATING staff, superb food and vibrant surroundings. What more could one ask to experience? Restaurants should take lessons from them.

Truly one of Americas great restaurants! Food - outstanding - creative, flavorful, excellently prepaird. The “pear surprises” desert was incredible, I’d rank it as one of the most innovative desserts I’ve ever had. A must try dish! Yes, it is pricey, but they deliver! We travel the world and always enjoy excellent cuisine where ever we go, so we know a”gem” when we find one - and this is a gem!

A spur of the moment decision paid off! We had amazing food and service. We felt SO taken care of and we are still thinking about the best pasta ever!

It was a lovely place for two cousins, coming from Annapolis and Delaware, to meet for lunch. It was a stormy day, and we were pleased that we were welcomed to stay and visit at our table throughout the afternoon. Our waiter was great!

First time dining here and it was terrific! Will return. Food was wonderful!
