What was once used as an encampment for General Lafayette's troops during the Revolutionary War has been transformed into a modern, elegant restaurant with the feel and charm of a Tuscan villa.     What a gem of a spot! The hubby and I went on a Friday for lunch. I ordered the shakshouka pita, which was absolutely delicious! So flavorful and well seasoned. The hubby ordered the shawarma platter with french fries. He literally ate everything on his plate because he said it was all so tasty! We really loved that they set the table with a sample of assorted pickled veggies, pita bread, cole slaws, and dipping sauce. We both left lunch feeling stuffed in the most satisfying way. I must also add that we had a lovely server who was very attentive and polite. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and can’t wait to come back!
