We always love 'coming home' to RAO's. The atmosphere is festive and the juke box is amazing. We love our favs - meatball app, baked clam app and caesar salad with lots of anchovies. As for mains, don't miss the on the bone veal parm. It's huge and mighty delicious. Also shareable or to bring home for great leftovers. Our secret find on the after dinner menu drinks menu. The Tignanello blew us away (and the bartender was so kind to share it between us!) We'll be back really soon - a delightful evening to help top off the holiday season.

The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. There are so many "fancy" restaurants in Los Angeles where the food is disappointing, but this was not one of them. Having known about Republique for many years and seeing it on many "best" lists I was prepared to be disappointed, but it met my expectations. My parents and I were very pleased with our meal, the service, and the ambience which is beautiful. It qualifies as one of the best restaurants we've eaten at in Los Angeles, and is deserving of its designation as one of LA's top restaurants.
