The Manhattan iteration of the Brooklyn based pizzeria centered around a historic brick oven and comforting food. Emily has earned a following for its signature Detroit-style pies and award winning burger. The pizza here is rectangular (not round) and utilizes the "frico" technique, in which cheese is drizzled on the edges of the pie to create a crispy brown exterior. Our dinner at the Russian Tea Restaurant was a mix of highs and lows. The food was undeniably delicious, showcasing rich flavors and excellent preparation. However, the kaviar tasting felt significantly overpriced for what was offered. Service was another weak spot—our server took an unusually long time to take our orders and came across as unfriendly at first, which put a damper on the experience. Despite these issues, the quality of the food redeemed the evening to some extent.

My husband and I went for Christmas Eve lunch. Delicious Caesar salad and burgers!! Our waiter was delightful!! Had a very nice time and then headed to the Christmas Spectacular and church service at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian!! Lovely day!! ❤️💚

Milling Room is a great spot for a date night meal. The ambiance and styling aim to impress which it did. The food is above average without going over the top in either presentation or price. Just watch out for the drink prices. The waiter up charged by 50% for a Hendrix martini, without informing, then tried to pass it off that I should have known the menu price was well liquor. Despite the blatant attempt at a rip off, I will be back
