- SStaceyPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had an absolutely amazing experience at Sol Y Sombra! Our group of six decided to sample a variety of tapas—I think we might have ordered the entire menu—and every single dish was fantastic. The flavors were incredible, and each plate was a work of art. The staff was absolutely outstanding— Super friendly, and knowledgeable. And the chef? Wow! Her talent truly shines in every dish. I can’t say enough about this place. The atmosphere, the food, the service—everything was perfection. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable hidden gem of a dining experience.More infoSol Y SombraPrice: Expensive• Traditional Spanish• Cathedral City•4.4
