Best Historic Restaurants in Pebble Beach

We were wowed by Montrio! It was one of our most memorable meals we’ve had a long time. The chef turned out every dish perfectly cooked and well presented. The short ribs were meaty and succulent. The Ceasar salad was excellent and had a twist: wood-smoked bacon. The Alaska halibut was paired with clams in a flavorful sauce. All dishes were great. The service - the manager and our waiter Brigette were incredibly attentive, likable, but never intrusive. The place hummed with quiet efficiency and professionalism. Can’t wait to comeback when we visit Monterey area again. Go!

We had a wonderful time!! The food was delicious. We enjoyed the nice section of wine too. Loved it that they are pet friendly. We celebrated a birthday. There was a man playing the guitar and everyone sang to me. It was nice. We will definitely return!!!

Stunning historic house turned chic restaurant This was the best dining experience in our trip to Monterey The atmosphere is gorgeous and interesting with the different rooms used in this house. Service is impeccable and the food was really on point. Way better experience than any restaurant on cannery row (like the Charr House) Will come here again and again. It is pricey. Just know that but everything was to perfection at least.

Great dining and ambiance. Wait staff and front of house personnel are top notch. Even with being in a high tourist area this restaurant delivers a five star experience at a reasonable cost. And they have been here for 45 years. We have been customers since opening. Who would have thought… Keep up the good work!

First timers, but will definitely return again. Wonderful restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. We were seated in the Captains Room. The ambiance was exquisite. I can only describe the service as impeccable, they know how to treat their customers and make the dining experience a delight! Brandon and Pedro were absolutely wonderful!
