Best Historic Restaurants in Santa Fe

Everything about La Plazuela was fantastic! This was our second time in just a couple of months eating there and we loved it. The food was excellent and the service, especially Judith, was the best we’ve ever experienced. My wife and I highly recommend this place and we will, undoubtedly , be back! The entire staff seems very professional and attentive but we just feel Judith is exceptional!

We stopped by to have drinks and nibbles. I had not been there in some years - “the bucking bull” was still there at that time. What a delightful change. We sat at the bar in extremely comfortable stools, and enjoyed our drinks and nibbles, shrimp, ceviche, and fries. The bartenders, the hostess and wait staff were attentive and friendly. Lovely old adobe building with cozy fire and ambience! The staff is friendly and we had great service. I would recommended dining to any traveler coming for an authentic New Mexican experience.

We really enjoyed our dinner at TerraCotta. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were so happy to see they have gotten their full alcohol license. Chef Jose is doing a great job and we wish him continued success. We’ll be back.

They were having issues with their liquor license so the place was empty. Such a bummer cause the food was really good! And a lovely spot.
