Best Historic Restaurants in South Indy

Great celebration for my parents 60th anniversary. The food was good…beware of some of the mustards they can clear your sinuses. Loved the old world feel of the restaurant…though a large space it has a European charm. It had been many years since my last visit but I think we will add it back on as a fun night out option.

It’s been a few years since we were able to eat at Prime 47 because we are only here during PRI. We had to come early to be fitted for a seat insert, so we took advantage of the slower evening. It did not disappoint.

The food was very good. Service was very good. Not much atmosphere in this restaurant. Some very quiet music. Parking lot is very tight. Was forced to use their valet parker even though I could have parked myself. I found that very annoying.

Best restaurant I’ve been at in many years. Waiter’s are very friendly and the food was spectacular.

Came out for our anniversary. I requested a note and a bottle of sparkling rosé wine and they gave us both. Amazing service. Our waitress was extremely nice and friendly. Got multiple “happy anniversaries” from staff which made us feel welcome. Food was amazing. The Fountain Room made our anniversary dinner feel special. Would definitely come back again.
