Best Historic Restaurants in West Loop

Had a lovely catch up with a very good friend over delicious food. Had the artichoke, the lamb, and the oxtail and pesto pastas. Everything was wonderful.

We had an amazing experience. We made a reservation for two and were placed at a shared 8 top table. Not what we wanted to experience that night. We asked the reservation specialist if we could move to a quieter more private table and she was able to accommodate us within 5 minutes. Marcus, our server, did an asking job explaining the food and beverage menu. The food was quick and tasted amazing (oyster's, artichokes, pizza). Atmosphere amazing and the bathrooms were clean. Love the lotion in the bathroom.

I booked this reservation for my daughter and her husband to celebrate her 28th birthday. I sent a note ahead of time letting the restaurant staff know and they were very timely in responding back stating they would make her experience special. Well I’m so very pleased to report back that they both had an AMAZING night! They stated the food was fabulous however, even better was how they were treated by your entire servers/team. Thank you Rose Mary staff as I truly believe she had a very memorable birthday this year all because of your attention to detail and for going above and beyond. Absolutely incredible!! The chefs are brilliant. You absolutely need to go Omakase. The marinades, the subtle garnishes, the presentation — wow. I’ve eaten here half a dozen times and every time I’ve been blown away. I’m used to big city sushi in LA in Tokyo and this stuff hangs right in there with the best of them. Gochisousama deshita!!!💪🏼🙏❤️🇯🇵🎏
